Come check out the wonderful vendors and crafters from our area and buy their wares! They have amazing things to sell you! And buy tickets for the basket raffle as well! We have a lot of great baskets and gift certificates up for grabs. great prices on the tickets- 1 for $1.00, 3 for $2.00. 15 for $5.00.

National Voter Registration Day

The C W Clark Memorial Library has partnered with National Voter Registration Day. You can register to vote until September 24th at the library. The library will be open on Tuesday, September 24 from 10 am til 8 pm for voter registration. If you are not already registered, all you have to do is fill out a one page form and you can vote in the November election. Register in September, Vote in November. Make your voice heard!

September is Library Card Sign-up Month

September is Library Card Sign-up Month, a time when the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries nationwide join together to remind parents, caregivers and students that signing up for a library card is the first step towards academic achievement and lifelong learning.

The C W Clark Memorial Library is dedicated to helping everyone achieve success (see our mission statement). Stop in this month to sign up for a library card. If you have a card and haven’t used it for a while, why not make September the month you get back into the library and start reading again? We’d love to see your face in the library!

Dolly Parton Imagination Library (DPIL)

The C W Clark Memorial Library supports the DPIL. Stop in to the library and register your child under 5 years old for the program. Every month your child will receive a new book in the mail for free until he/she reaches their fifth birthday. There is no charge for this program. All we need is your mailing address and your child can start receiving free books! Why wouldn’t you sign up for a program like this? The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is a great way to get your child interested in books. You can help bring the stories to life.

1000 Books before Kindergarten

CW Clark Memorial Library is proud to offer the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program! This free program encourages you to read 1000 books with your child before he or she enters school– a goal experts say children need to help them learn to read for themselves. One of the best ways to encourage learning is to spend time sharing books every day. In order to enroll please stop in the library to fill out enrollment paperwork. Check out the website above for many resources to help you and your child achieve success in this program!
